I'm Mackenzie Wise! I recently graduated from Baruch College’s Marxe School of Public and International Affairs with an MS in Education in Higher Education Administration.
I specialize in the development of cultural competency and cultural integration and am currently available for consultations on DEI training programs.
A little more about me…
While enrolled in my graduate program I was a recipient of the Marxe IMPACT Scholarship and given a Marxe Dean’s Excellence Award. I presented my research at the annual MSCHE conference in 2023, and presented research alongside Dr. Ashley Gaskew at the annual AERA conference in 2024.
Previously, I worked at MIT Sloan Management Review and was a contributing writer to The Coastal Table, winner of the IACP Publication of the Year award in 2018. You can read a sampling of my freelance writing on this website.
